The data controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
2. What Data We Process and Why
2.1 Contact and Enquiry Forms
When you submit an enquiry through a form on our website (contact, property enquiry, purchase, valuation), we process the data you provide:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- telephone number,
- message content and any other data you voluntarily provide.
For enquiries submitted from the details page of a specific property, we automatically attach the name and address (URL) of that property to the message so that we know which property the enquiry relates to.
- Purpose: processing your enquiry, contacting you and providing real estate services (sale, purchase, acquisition, property valuation).
- Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Retention period: for the duration of processing the enquiry and subsequently for the period necessary to protect our rights, but no longer than [TO BE COMPLETED — e.g. 3 years] from the last communication.
2.2 Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that the form is being submitted by a human and not a bot. For this purpose, Cloudflare may process technical data about your device and browser.
- Purpose: protection of the website and forms against abuse and spam.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.3 Analytical Data (Google Analytics)
If you give consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) for anonymous measurement of traffic and behaviour on the website. Without your consent, analytical cookies and measurements are not activated.
- Purpose: traffic statistics and website improvement.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time via cookie settings.

3. To Whom We Disclose Data (Recipients / Processors)
We do not sell your data. We only disclose it to entities that help us operate the service:
- Web hosting and e-mail provider (Websupport, s.r.o.) — website storage and e-mail delivery.
- Cloudflare — form protection against spam (Turnstile).
- Google (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager) — only with consent given, for analytics.
Transfer to third countries: in the case of Google/Cloudflare, transfers outside the EU may occur on the basis of standard contractual clauses in accordance with GDPR.

As a data subject, you have the right:
- to access your data,
- to rectification of incorrect data,
- to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
- to restriction of processing,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to data portability,
- to withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent),
