What Data We Process and Why<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Contact and Enquiry Forms<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you submit an enquiry through a form on our website (contact, property enquiry, purchase, valuation), we process the data you provide:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>name and surname<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>e-mail address<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>telephone number<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>message content<\/strong> and any other data you voluntarily provide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For enquiries submitted from the <strong>details page of a specific property<\/strong>, we automatically attach the <strong>name and address (URL) of that property<\/strong> to the message so that we know which property the enquiry relates to.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> processing your enquiry, contacting you and providing real estate services (sale, purchase, acquisition, property valuation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retention period:<\/strong> for the duration of processing the enquiry and subsequently for the period necessary to protect our rights, but no longer than [TO BE COMPLETED \u2014 e.g. 3 years] from the last communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forms are protected by <strong>Cloudflare Turnstile<\/strong>, which verifies that the form is being submitted by a human and not a bot. For this purpose, Cloudflare may process technical data about your device and browser. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> protection of the website and forms against abuse and spam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 Analytical Data (Google Analytics)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you give consent via the cookie banner, we use <strong>Google Analytics<\/strong> (via Google Tag Manager) for anonymous measurement of traffic and behaviour on the website. Without your consent, analytical cookies and measurements are <strong>not activated<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> traffic statistics and website improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We only disclose it to entities that help us operate the service: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Web hosting and e-mail provider<\/strong> (Websupport, s.r.o.) \u2014 website storage and e-mail delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cloudflare<\/strong> \u2014 form protection against spam (Turnstile).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong> (Google Analytics \/ Google Tag Manager) \u2014 only with consent given, for analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transfer to third countries: in the case of Google\/Cloudflare, transfers outside the EU may occur on the basis of standard contractual clauses in accordance with GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
